Healing Through Wellness is a nonprofit bringing sound healing, therapy chickens, and mindful wellness to our community — veterans, vulnerable neighbors, and kids learning to find their calm. Your donation powers our missions — a food truck with a real kitchen, and free yoga, sound bath, and reiki for veterans — plus the day-to-day costs of keeping it all going. We're also a proud partner of the Empowerment Center, getting free food to military families.
Mission: Get a Wellness RV & Food Truck
We're dreaming of Wellness RV — bringing sound healing, yoga, and reiki and wellness directly to veterans, neighborhoods, and kids, meeting people where they are.
For our feeding the community mission we need a food truck with a compliant kitchen — a kitchen on wheels where we can make homemade bone broth as a health base, and add veggies and meat accordingly, for a variety of healthy soup to share at our Empowerment Centers for our Military families as well as our local food banks. (This is the same broth our family have every single day)
We dream of also retailing our soup to support our non-profit costs of operation. A truck means our chef can keep cooking, keep serving, and still be home for her family. A bone broth fundraiser will help get us rolling too. The broth buys the kitchen that makes the broth.
Veterans Scholarship Fund
Our veterans have given so much. This fund lets them experience yoga, sound bath, and reiki sessions for free — a quiet space to rest, reset, and feel cared for. No veteran should have to choose between wellness and their wallet.
